Bar Harbor, Maine (September 2, 2021) – Bar Harbor Trust Services is accepting applications for the 2021 Hattie A. & Fred C. Lynam Trust Grants until September 18, 2021. The Lynam Trust, which is operated by Bar Harbor Trust Services, was established in 1942 and supports charitable, religious and educational organizations serving the people of Mount Desert Island. Grants generally vary between $ 500 and $ 5,000.

Eligibility for grants is limited to tax-exempt organizations whose main administrative office is located on Mount Desert Island. (The Lynam Trust does not make grants to individuals.) Grants may be awarded for operational needs, facilities, or fundraising.
